DVD Problems- Various Magazines

If you're having playback problems with our DVDs' it is more than likely that you have  'GDR8161B' somewhere in the model number of your DVD drive. If your drive has this model number then click here to download the firmware update.

If you have any installation problems please contact your hardware vendor

Please note that DVDs' will not play in CD drives.
