If you're having playback problems with
our DVDs' it is more than likely that you have
'GDR8161B' somewhere in themodel number of your DVD drive. If
your drive has this model number then click here to download the firmware update.
If you have any installation problems please contact your hardware vendor
If the DVD is damaged then please click here
Please note that DVDs' will not play in CD
drives.
