Future Parties
Our Christmas parties are the stuff of legend! We’ve had a Bond-themed party, a Moulin Rouge-themed party, a Mardi Gras-themed party… not to mention FutureFest, our 20th birthday celebration in 2005. Our last Christmas party had an après ski theme, complete with alpine cabins, massage suites and schnapps bars to keep the chill out, together with some non-themed extras too – the dodgems and the casino were particular highlights. All staff members are invited to put on their best party frocks and join in the fun (some are even tempted to don fancy dress… although it’s not obligatory!) and you are guaranteed a fantastic evening.
Future Awards
We hold regular award ceremonies, recognising the talents and achievements of our best people, whether they work on magazines, websites or in the post room. Anyone can make a nomination, and anyone can be nominated, so everyone’s in with a chance.
Future Sports
Future Sports
Future Fives is our long-established five-a-side football competition, which we’d like to say is played just for fun each season. But in fact, the pride of many a department rests on this hard-fought, deeply serious quest for glory – and that’s just in choosing their team name!
Future doesn’t just keep its competitive spirit in-house either; we’re happy to take on all-comers – as long as they enjoy a bit of bat-and-ball action on the cricket pitch, that is. We field a mixed team of all abilities in a season of cricket matches against local companies – what a civilised way to spend a summer’s evening.
In fact if you have even the merest hint of sporting prowess, Future Games will give you the chance to dust off your plimsolls and don your sweatbands. With knock-out competitions in tennis, ping pong, squash, badminton, pool, chess, boules and table football – even if you don’t win, at least you’ll have a bit of fun. Thumb wrestling and synchronised swimming coming soon…
